This is the silverware drawer from my Flagstaff 176. The plastic tray has "lips" that would sit on top of the edges of the drawer, allowing some storage space for small stuff underneath, but the drawer divider was too far back.
So, I first removed the divider. It was attached with LONG staples that were not willing to come out without a fight. But, after using a screwdriver, pliers, and a lot of brute strength and ignorance, the stapes (and the divider) came loose.
Here the divider has been re-installed, using two wood screws per side. You can see the holes from the staples where it originally was. The tray now sits on top of the drawer divider, leaving room underneath for small items. Plus, there is more space behind the divider for even more stuff!
