Surname DEW Pictures

William H. Barbee (25 Sep 1844 - 26 Apr 1914) son of Harriett Dew and Joseph David Barbee. William served in Company E, 2nd NC Cavalry, CSA. He is buried at the Confederate Cemetery in Raleigh NC. Picture shows what appears to be his original gravestone lying flat on the ground.
